Our founder
Ryan Hurst
Founder & Broker
Ryan Hurst has called Houston home his entire life, with his deepest roots in West Houston, the neighborhoods, schools, and communities he grew up in and knows firsthand. Real estate has been part of his world for as long as he can remember. He grew up around investment property, which gave him an early appreciation for how ownership builds long-term wealth and opportunity, and when he bought his own first home 20 years ago, he felt firsthand how much the right guidance matters during one of the biggest decisions a person can make. That experience is still why he does this work today.

He founded Prestige Worldwide Realty to give people that same guidance without the runaround. Clients say what sets him apart is that he goes the extra mile and does whatever it takes to get a deal across the finish line, and that he genuinely communicates. Calls, texts, and emails get answered quickly, because he knows how much timing matters in real estate. He works with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, and renters across greater Houston, and many of them start as strangers and become lifelong friends who know they can call him long after the keys change hands.
That same care shows up outside of work. In 2014 he founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides food, clothing, and support to Houston’s homeless community, because giving back has always been part of who he is. When he is not helping a client, he is usually with his family, whether they are bike riding, fishing, or finding the next adventure outdoors. Family, community, and doing right by people are the values Prestige Worldwide Realty is built on.
